If you ever wondered why the city of Detroit gets such a bad rap this City Council meeting should tell it all. Councilwoman Monica Conyers and the Council Chair President Ken Cockrel have a few words for each other.   I wonder if any business  was taken care of that day or  were the  crime and school issues  adjourned as well.
